Reconciliation and my Path
Today marks the first step on my latest journey. I must learn to reconcile the past by destroying the recording that continuously plays and repeats inside my head and heart. I can't change what I have done. I must accept my karma with grace, identify the triggers that prompted my behavior, and move forward to react in a more positive, graceful way. I must embrace my faults and work daily to reprogram my thoughts to change my behavior and reactions. This will be a continuous journey for me, I know, but in order to mark my growth and small successes, I must journal to encourage myself to continue on and release the positive energy into the universe that I desire to receive.
